Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Escrow & Closing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help manage real estate transactions from start to finish—making sure files are set up correctly, documents are ordered, and everything is ready for closing.

A key part of this position is working within our online system, Qualia Connect, and serving as the go-to person for managing and supporting that platform.

What You’ll Do

• Enter new orders and set up files accurately in our system

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Qualia Connect, including managing workflows and assisting team members and clients with the portal

• Review and prepare files early in the process to ensure all required information is collected

• Order important documents such as deeds and loan payoff statements

• Assist with reviewing title work and help resolve any issues that could delay closing (training provided)

• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and internal staff to keep transactions on track

• Keep files organized and ensure deadlines are met

• Support the closing team to ensure smooth, timely transactions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Comfortable learning and using software systems (experience with Qualia or similar platforms is a plus)

• Previous experience in title, escrow, real estate, or a related field preferred, but not required
